Kids classes focus on confidence, discipline, respect and fitness. Kids classes are taught by Alex Marshall, who holds a degree in physical education and is CPR/AED certified, and Nate Oses, who grew up training at BMAC and went on to win a world championship.

Kids who want to compete can. BMAC kids won 7 of the team's 9 NAGA medals in 2025 and 2026. Several former BMAC kids have stayed with martial arts into adulthood, including one who started in sixth grade and is now a City of Malden police officer.

Parents are welcome to watch the trial class and every class after it.
