BMAC Shines at NAGA Boston: A Day of Champions and Heart

On June 14, our BMAC team showed up strong and proud at the NAGA Boston Championship—and we couldn’t be prouder of the heart, discipline, and sportsmanship every athlete brought to the mat.

🥇 Caleb DeSouza (Brazil) took 1st place in the Adult Blue Belt Lightweight (GI) division, showing skill and composure beyond his years.

🥇 Peter Krom (USA) brought home 1st place in the Adult Intermediate No-Gi Lightweight division—representing BMAC with power and precision.

🥇 Adrian Duran (Dominican Republic) earned 1st place in the Children’s Beginner Gi division (110-124.9 lbs, 12–13 yrs) and also placed 3rd in No-Gi—a huge achievement for one of our youngest warriors!

Every medal tells a story of dedication, late nights, tough training, and relentless focus. But we also want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who stepped onto the mats and gave it their all—whether or not they left with a medal. Just showing up and competing is a huge victory in itself.

To Anghel Medina, James Hunt, and every other BMAC athlete who trained hard and represented us with integrity—we see you. Keep grinding. Your time is coming.

Competing is about more than wins—it's about growth. And on June 14, we grew stronger together.

Let’s keep climbing. OSS.
