BMAC boxing assist you in achieving your maximum strength, endurance and competitive edge needed in sports that require full all out effort.
 
Our program utilizes boxing techniques and training methods used by Professional and Amateur fighters. You will not only learn the fundamentals of boxing, you will train like a boxer as well.  All classes offer a full-body fitness workout, cardiovascular exercise, and crucial strength and training.
 
BMAC Boxing coaches will work you into shape utilizing jump rope, pad work, heavy bags, and sparring.
